Promesa Smocked Top

Cream colored smocked bust and sleeves, with flowy bottom half.  Very lightweight, with ruffle accents.  Can be worn on or off the shoulders, and has a flattering gather in between the bust.  Fabric has a delicate polka dot pattern.
